I live in NY and still have family in Mentor, Ohio. I always choose the Super8 by Wyndham in Mentor when I come “home” to visit friends and family. They provide comfortable accommodations, friendly service, and great value for the price.
My husband and I have stayed here many times and each time the experience is always tarnished by the owners. We have spent a lot of money with this location over the last couple years and the way we get treated is just completely unprofessional Everytime we make a reservation there (and the reservations are always at least more than two or three days) but this last visit was by far the worst experience we have ever had.
