Reserved a queen non smoking. The bed was clearly a double and the bedding we had to investigate If was dirty or just old. Thank God was just old. The hallways reeked of smoke and weed as well. Room served its purpose but wouldn't stay again.
A shout-out to Super 8 at Mentor. In my rush to leave our room, I left behind a big, heavy bag full of my things. When the folks there discovered the bag, they called me, but by then we were several hundred miles away. I asked if they could send to my home, and they cheerfully accommodated. Sure enough, my bag arrived In a big box about a week later. Thank you, Super 8!! Sue in Kentucky
Me and my 2 kids got bed bug bites everywhere and I had to spend 50 plus dollars on geting them off the clothes even though they had bed bug covers that clearly did not work STAY AWAY.
Quick and easy check in. Room was clean and breakfast was great!
