I canceled on the day and was charged, I called the front desk and they stated since I’m calling on the day there no refund. I called prior to even checking in. Customer service is horrible, lady hung up the phone on me and said it’s a cancel charge and I have to deal with it and then click hang up. Be very aware before booking here, I would highly recommend staying away from this place
Worst hotel ever. Ask for clean towels and front desk said I had to bring the dirty towels down first. Ask for a extra blanket, front desk said I need to bring back before checking out. Door on the bathroom was broke. I WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN!
La habitación estaba relativamente limpia deben cuidar más el aseo y el olor a guardado, no es tan agradable el olor deben la habitación en mi caso me hospedé con una bebé de 5 meses y no me dio confianza la limpieza de las sábanas.
