The staff at this motel was exceptional. Upon check in, I made several trips, carrying wet gear into my room to let it dry. The receptionist offered to help me carry it in. The next morning when I carried it all back out, the receptionist got up from behind the counter and held the door open for me every trip. I was stunned. This type of customer service is very unusual this day and age.
I just love this place! The staff here is remarkable. They were very patient with me and my questions. The front entry and desk is welcoming, and feels like a lodge, rather than a run of the mill hotel. There is a free breakfast area with a great selection of items to choose from. I really appreciate how polite and caring all of the staff is here. This will be my choice when I stay in McCall again.
