Best customer service! Friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Went the extra mile. Staff reflects their management, so good job managers. Extra blankets, hot water, good breakfast, very clean, served fresh baked cookies :) Would definitely recommend!
Sean was amazing for my wife and I. He gave us the best room in the hotel and made our stay beyond pleasant. I’ll recommend Moate to everybody. I need just for the simple fact thank you so much, Sean.
Very bad service i went in there and they couldn’t find my reservation and was very rude and rasict dont stay here
This Super 8 in McCall, ID is not your typical Super 8! It is nice, clean, and the best managed “8” you’ve ever seen. We have stayed here 4 years in a row and highly recommend it. The beds are comfortable and have nice white linens with down comforters. Breakfast was good. We certainly enjoyed the French toast and real eggs every day. The staff is super friendly & helpful. We have a Roku stick that we travel with and Sean came to our room to help with with the tv settings to get it to work. :)
