I had no problems checking in. The room was very nice. The bathroom had a bit of rust by the bathtub but overall it was very nice.
My husband and I booked a last minute weekend getaway for our anniversary, and this place was soo much better than I expected. Shoutout to Ben at the front desk for being so friendly and accomidating- both on the phone and when we checked in. The room was gorgeous and super clean, the pool area is great, and it's an awesome place to stay if you are looking to be close to the Dells, but don't want the noise and congestion that come with staying there.
