“Loved My Stay in the Jacuzzi Room!” Recently renovated and super clean! I stayed in the Jacuzzi room—totally worth it. The jacuzzi tub was spotless, and the H2Okinetic multi-function shower was amazing. Friendly staff, great location, and budget-friendly. Highly recommend Super 8 Mars/Cranberry/Pittsburgh Area!
New manager doing excellent job
All of the 5 star reviews are under previous ownership the staff are very unprofessional there is absolutely not a single complementary item, the jacuzzi suite was horrible none of the jets worked properly it had a very unpleasant cigarette odor NO BREAKFAST NO REFRIGERATORS NO COFFEE MAKER NO MICROWAVE NO SMART TV, etc DO NOT STAY HERE it will never be what you expect.
This place is HORRIBLE completely false advertisement stating there in the middle of a “remodel” no complementary breakfast the management stated the night prior that there was coffee in the morning as if that is anything compared to even a yogurt when supposedly the suite had a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, smart tv etc it had absolutely none of that besides a 80 year old TV and the jacuzzi obviously located in cranberry you would expect all of that but we did not receive any of that at all.
Rooms are small, price is ridiculous for the fact most the “amenities” offered in the price for staying are not available. ABSOLUTELY NO COFFEE 🤦♀️👎. Half the outlets in the room don’t work. Black mold on their ice coming out of their ice machine. But don’t worry you can buy water at the front desk 😑“Free breakfast” choices; granola bars, a banana, or cereal.
