Nope!!! Service terrible! Said I booked 2 rooms and there's nothing they can do about it, it's out of their hands. Refused give me corporate a phone number once I realized they were useless. I said you could have googled it and I would not have known, but I guess I'll do the googling since you 'dont have that info'. The Corporate call went very well! They handled it even tho the hotel refused their request. When corporate called them to see if they would cancel a room they refused to refund (corporate used the word 'refuse')... read more
The owner helped me out when I had came up from a long trip to get here he let me check in early. But it's not a normal thing. He let me check in early because we had over a week of stays at this hotel
Too loud, you can hear your next door when they talk. My next door neighbor are talking loud and slamming doors. I call the front desk and he told me there’s nothing he can do. Do not stay in this place
