Rooms are small, price is ridiculous for the fact most the “amenities” offered in the price for staying are not available. ABSOLUTELY NO COFFEE 🤦♀️👎. Half the outlets in the room don’t work. Black mold on their ice coming out of their ice machine. But don’t worry you can buy water at the front desk 😑“Free breakfast” choices; granola bars, a banana, or cereal. Ad onliine were deceiving about breakfast, shows a normal hotel breakfast (picture has waffles and crockpot) then only has cereal. Elevator broken. Fridge missing in room (had spot for it). Don't get me wrong its not terrible, but about average, just gave one star because of how dishonest they are on hotel websites.
The rooms are in ghe process of being remodeled. They should have shut down while they did this. The room had a strange smell and there was only a grab and go breakfast. Not what we are used yo from the Wyndom Chain
This hotel is decent. For 65$ we got a 150$ experience (as per listing across and down the street). At first I was a little worried from the reviews but the front desk was extremely polite and ready to give us our keys. No hassle. The room was clean. I work in pest control in Canada, so I know ALL big/small hotels will have a bed bug issue. I explained that and asked to just be put far away from anything they are aware of. Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Service, Cleanliness, and Management Response From the moment we arrived, the experience was frustrating and far below acceptable standards.
