I’m extremely annoyed. For starters, I got the hotel to stay overnight so I could meet with friends in Manchester. Used my Expedia points, so I was only supposed to spend .51¢ total after those were applied. Come to find out they additionally charged my card for $74.84 TWO times with no explanation. When I try calling NO ONE answers. Doesn’t matter what time of day or how many times I’ve called. They are thieves. No customer service here. Check in is at 2pm. We arrived from our flight at 1:35 and she said we had to wait until 2pm. We asked if we could get an early check in, extra charge us fine. Middle aged Lady at from desk says, sorry no can do. They are cleaning the rooms. So basically she saying all 80 rooms are dirty at 1:35pm in the afternoon and they will all be ready for check in at 2:00pm?? Why lie to us, just say the truth. Got here to the hallways smelling like God knows what. Walked into the room which is small as hell and had a very bad smell to it. Burn holes in the comforter as long as the dresser drawers being nasty inside. Definitely will not stay here again
