There is something that when you check in you don’t really read, especially when you’re tired and traveling. We stayed here for two days and granted I did not read everything that I signed because I’m just trying to check in the next day I ask for towels it was roughly 10 o’clock. I had the worst customer service experience ever. I called to inquire about early check-in and was quoted a fee of $40. When I mentioned that I’m a platinum member and that the fee should be waived, I was told they no longer had a room available for early check-in. I arrived to check in at 5 PM, and the sign at the desk stated that early check-in was now $20. When the front desk worker asked how many people would be staying in my two-bed queen room, I said two. Front desk service person in Madison , Sd working on July 23 stole( wouldn’t refund a cancellation) our Wyndham points and was dishonest about calling the front desk multiple times with complaints. We made a clerical error of putting only one guest for a double queen room and were told due to safety issues we must switch it with Wyndham. She also lied about early check in times and the cost for platinum members. We spent over an hour with Wyndham working on this issue.
