UPDATE: I was asked to provide my arrival information to the owner, which I did over a week ago and still nothing. This is so unprofessional! Even the theWyndham custom service has reached out to the owner and he had stated that he asked me to provide this information. WHICH I HAVE. And still haven't heard anything.This is very unfortunate since we are here running a union job with a large crew working on the new solar project, which means there are a lot of people that hotel live. We made reservations online. Showed up to get checked in and there was no staff to be found to check us in. We tried the black phone, tried calling the number online, used the text message service, used the business card to call the manager multiple times and again no one. We tried using the computer to check in. Nothing, After 30 minutes of waiting and trying. We reached out to hotels.com, they tried to reach out and they stil could not get a hold of anybody. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The quality of the mattress was outstanding—extremely comfortable and supportive, which made for a restful night’s sleep. The linen was spotless, fresh, and neatly arranged, adding to the overall feeling of cleanliness and care. The environment was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
