I have never written a bad review but this one shocked me. I chose this hotel specifically because of the Wyndham name and expected a certain level of quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, my stay never even happened due to terrible customer service right from the start. Upon arrival, the front desk staff asked me to hand-write name # credit card # on a plain piece of paper. In America, this is not how legitimate hotels handle sensitive payment information in 2026.
