After traveling for hours and having to come to town because a family member passed the desk clerk was rude and very unprofessional. We checked in around 930pm. The desk clerk was wearing halloween pajamas and no shoes. She was putting stuff out for breakfast. My phone wouldn't work when we were trying to get checked in and instead of offering help or giving us advice she just turns to the computer and didn't say anything word. Was ok
When I arrived I went in to check in for my reservation. The lady at the desk refused to check me in at the front desk and told me I have to check in through the link. When I found it complicated to check in through the app/ link they canceled my reservation and simply said that there are 2 other places I could stay in town thank goodness that they canceled me because I went to americinn and had a wonderful worry free stay
Stayed here for a few days visiting family in town. Gigi was a great help getting us in and settled. Room was clean and functional
