Although the room was clean it did smell like cigarette smoke. The whole building is very outdated, my girlfriend and I had an amazing time in the whirlpool hottub and king size bed but it definitely is overpriced. No hot breakfast either that is false advertisement
My husband and I love this hotel. It's located in Madison, IN. Management and staff have always been very courteous and friendly! The hotel is also very clean and doesn't smell musty as soon as you walk into the lobby. I read a review on here somewhere, where someone had complained about bed bugs. I don't know where that came from but that has not been our experience at all! Housekeeping has been amazing with making sure that our room is clean and that we have what we need. Rooms are decent sized and clean. Beds could use some updating but overall a great value for where you are staying. We've stayed here numerous years so I recommend. The staff live in the hotel so you will get serviced asap when needed.
