I gave one star because I had too. This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff was the only thing that was pleasant. It looks like a run down crack house. And it's dirty. Don't stay here.
On arrival at 2:45pm found our handicap room not available. Check in time is 3:00. We waited over an hour for it to be cleaned. We checked in to find the hallways dirty, trash piled in corners next to trash cans. The room smelled awful. The TV did not work. We call the desk who said he would be right there to look at it. He never showed up. I called again and finally they sent a maintenance man up who got the TV working. There was not comforter on the bed just a blanket and a sheet.
