Loved the room!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. After traveling all day and confirming my reservation 3 times over the phone, I was refused during the check in process due to new management and new policies. On top of that, they are now refusing to refund my money and myself, my husband and our 2 dogs have to sleep in our car overnight while we wait for renovations to be completed.
Always friendly. Lady that checked us is. Very friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean and functional. Water pressure in the shower outstanding!
Great bang for your dollar. The room was clean. Although I had to move from the outside rooms (room 130+) it was very cold for winter morning with snow. The hotel was very accommodating and moved me and my daughter into a new room within the main building. Which was better access to the pool without having to go outside to get to our room. The pool war very warm and the hot tub was great as well. The hotel can get loud but that's expected at busy city hotels. The breakfast was a great selection for the price.
