Not bad, they are clearly in the middle of renovations. The location is super active with people of all kinds.
There is a significant amount of bacteria in the rooms, primarily due to the flooring and the bathrooms, as well as a lack of ventilation. Staying at the hotel is dangerous because there are no emergency exits in the event of a fire; the only exit is the main entrance, while the others are locked—a violation of regulations. I hope those responsible for this serious issue are held accountable.
