Room was clean but beat to hell. Bed was worst I've ever experienced.
I booked a room on their website for early Jan, but then no longer needed it. I cancelled on their website within the allowed cancellation window, & received a confirmation. I was still charged for the room, and every time I called to try to get it refunded, I was told to call Booking.com. When I told them I booked directly with them, not a 3rd party site, they told me to call back later, that they were too busy. This was every time I called. First room tv didn't work, second room floor was uneven and the breakfast was nonexistent.
This was booked for me by someone else as a favor. It was not. I would never stay there again unless it was an emergency. It has a real shady low rent vibe to it.
Horrible hotel horrible experience booked online through Expedia a package deal round trip tickets included paid for get to the hotel they charge my coordinate extra $100 no heat no hot water do not recommend report to the BBB
