Hotel is overall pretty decent but 3 weeks and no refund of the deposit yet.
Very poor setup from a hotel, check in is through a small lobby where they charge a cash deposit on a room i already booked thru a booking agency on a room not worthy of a deposit to begin with. Smells of bug spray, has dirty stained sheets blood specks on pillow cases and a nasty dirty bathtub.. next we was placed on the second floor 218 ,the sign in the hall has an arrow on the wall for ice and vending but when u follow the arrow it leads you to a dead end hallway opposite where the elevator is to take you down to the desk... read more
Walked in the room saw a cockroach crawling up the wall and the floors was wet upon entering the room and all the floors was caved in, also in the bathroom every step scared me
Terrible customer service, extremely rude
