Had bed bugs in my room, changed rooms and had bed bugs again my kids and I was bit up pretty good. They compt we a free night, they need to get it handled before the health department gets involved. I spoke with some other guest's & there was no problems in there rooms, but myself & my kids are having to deal with the continuous discomfort. Very dirty and all old and fullof bedbugs disgusting
Went to the hotel to check in and no one at the front desk waited for over 30 minutes for someone to show up the hotel looked like a cracked house from the outside just left and went some where else so just out the money for this dump
