Was planning on a stay for my daughter's wedding. Once iI entered the room I noticed a smell. I looked around & found dead bed bugs on the floor & live little ones around the edge of the mattress. I knew then I couldn't stay. Not taking those pesky critters home. Did investigate the smell further. One corner smelled of cat urine but I never found the horrible stench. I asked for a full refund. when we went there the other room was on fire and we thought they gonna transfer us to other hotel but they just let us wait over there and nothing happen. we were sleeping outside cuz we were waiting to our belongings
Maybe call people who have reservations when the place catches on fire over a week before their stay so they can figure out lodging. Wish I could rate this 0/5
