Leaving this review cause I am very upset. I booked my father a room here recently and while affordable and he said well maintained, I was charged upon checking him in. Now a week later I get another charge. After checking statements I see that the original charge of 232 is gone. Now because of a bulunder on YOUR part. My finances are in complete diseray. Fix your system or train people better when charging someone.
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE AT ALL!!!! We literally brought our own MAROON comforter with us during our 2 night stay because their sheets and khaki/tan colored top thin blanket were all they had! They are telling me now we stole the sheets and blankets! Yall really that hurt for a $50 deposit though? Like be for real! Now management won’t be back until Monday tho which today is Thursday, so you mean to tell me management has the whole rest of week plus weekend off at this “busy” “interstate” location!? What a great place. Staff were super friendly. Rooms were nice. Was able to check in early. Location was close to food and activities.
