My experience and stay was wonderful all staff are amazingly friendly
I have NEVER check in and then seen the room and left. But this was unacceptable even for a low rate. There is a difference between stained & dirty. Between dated & dinged up & unsanitary. AC & door frame held together with electric tape. Bugs & bug poop. plastic wrap on all the lamp shades, that crinkled when fan blew. AC made terrible sounds every few minutes. Tub, walls, surfaces all need to be cleaned & sanitized.
Usually write positive reviews, but this is not good. Room was dirty, and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. It was bad enough that we decided to leave and not stay there for the night. Said these things to the front desk, and was told to talk to Wyndham Rewards for refund.
