This particular place was a trap house it was terrible the first thing we saw when we checked in our room was the toilet was clogged the desk was covered in old nail polish or something the bed spread had a cigarette burn in it the room was in serious need of remodel the front desk person made me fix the toilet stated guests had to fix it they can't then the 2 days we stayed there was an extreme police presence like the whole department drug dogs someone left their baby in a room unattended then the next day we were in our v... read more
Truth in advertising? Hah! There's no pool, for starters. There's no elevator, not even to get to first floor from reception, which was indifferent and unfriendly, depending on which woman you dealt with. Of course, no luggage carts. No warning ahead of time and two of us are having mobility problems. One queen bed, when we reserved a room with two. Had to make a sort of pallet with most of our bedding, for the third person. Worst hotel experience of my life! Blood on the wall, dirty comb on the floor, hole in the shower wall the size of golfball with another cracked/broken area the size of a cantaloupe. And in the morning….a cockroach! Would never have stayed there if we weren’t stuck and got there so late with nowhere else to go. Would have been better off sleeping in the car. Terrible service as well when presenting the “management” with our concerns.
