So I been hearing from locals that they gonna get rid of the front desk and do self check in and outs if they do that I will never do wynd. Hotels ever again cause we want face to face service not some computer this be my last week at one!!! Never again I enjoy the people at the hotels

Asked for a roll of toilet paper-offered to meet person at desk-no, will deliver-3 hrs later I went to desk to ask again and receive it from different person. Reported AC frozen over with black mold flecks in the ice-no action taken. Vinyl floor just getting dusted, not mopped. Dryer broken entire time we were there (4 nights). Rusted water pipes, had to run water for a while to get clear water. Location was good for where we were going while there. Muffins only available on weekends.

When booking a 2-night stay online, I was charged once, then charged again at check-in for double the price. On top of that, I was required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit for my registered service dog, despite offering proof of registration and asking for clarification. The room itself was in poor condition—dirty walls with food and other substances on them, and cockroaches present. When booking a 2-night stay online, I was charged once, then charged again at check-in for double the price. The room itself was in poor condition—dirty walls with food and other substances on them, and cockroaches present. At one point, my room keys stopped working, and I had to go to the front desk to get them reactivated. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. Between the overcharging, the improper service dog fee, and the unsanitary conditions, I cannot recommend staying here.

I visited this hotel last minute and they were very accommodating in giving me the room. I had to extend also for one night and my stay here went really smooth. I would highly recommend this to anyone for urgent booking. I am really grateful for all the staff members here they really helped me out and ensured that the stay was amazing.
