We signed in. Friendly staff. Room had a musky damp smell. The air conditioning unit rattled and made a loud noise every time it turned off. There was a cockroach in the room on my pillow the second night. The staff didn’t seem surprised at all. The girl told me one room was closed off because of cockroaches. The crew came right on time, worked quietly, and finished sooner than expected. Everything looks great now.
As soon as I open the door to the room I see multiple roaches on the wall, the gentleman up front was nice and refunded no problem
