As soon as I open the door to the room I see multiple roaches on the wall, the gentleman up front was nice and refunded no problem
We had two rooms for a single night, in order to be close to the Houston Space Center. There were two adults and four kids in our group. The price of each room was affordable, both rooms were clean and well maintained, and the service from the hotel staff was friendly and efficient. We would definitely book again.
My room had roaches. Multiple of them. I do not recommend this place. I left my room shortly after check in. I asked for a refund and I was denied the refund.
Rooms could use a little more lighting. Beds were very firm. Rooms are very nice and clean. It was nice to have Cracker Barrel across the parking lot.
