Clean rooms. Accommodated my dogs. The best coffee in any hotel I have ever been in. Best customer service ever! Joe went over the top to to help me with my booking issue because the booking agent messed it up. When the TV in our room didn't work, Joe gladly moved us to another room. I will recommend this location to anyone. Very enjoyable and relaxing. Sadly I was only allowed 5 stars when I would give them at least a .
This place is so seedy I can't even began to describe it. I booked it in a hurry because we needed a hotel with a parking that could acommodate our u-haul. The carpet is scary looking. The sheets smell like accumulated sweat. I was soo tired and just wanted to take a shower and sleep. The bathroom sink is cracked, the wall has run down brown stains, and now I'm sleepless, because like I said, the sheets smell like sweat. One of the worst experiences I've had with a hotel, by far, rock bottom.
