The rooms were clean and the customer service was great! However the location isn’t very great. There was a lot of sketchy people around asking for stuff.
Your employees can definitely ruin your reviews the lady at the deck the morning of was very rude to us and even rude to the other employees I couldn't believe what I was seeing and hearing she was to the point of yelling at us and them I would of gave a five star review even though the toilet didn't flush and the shower head was weak and falling off but the rude lady at the desk topped the cake
They had an awful attitude and roaches everywhere I couldn't even sleep there for one night out of fear a roach would go in my ear I had to leave I let them keep the money maybe they will use it to get better employees who don't cuss you out
