Clean rooms, nothing fancy but clean. My wife has trouble with stairs and when the manager realized it he immediately upgraded her to a floor level suite at no upcharge. I really appreciate their thoughtfulness. Will definitely stop here again if I'm needing a room in the area. Easy access from the highway.

Everything was great except breakfast. Biscuits are stale and milk was sour. The muffins were good and waffles. The rest was ok, but no ketchup or hot sauce for eggs and they were bland fake eggs.

So the guy at the front desk wasn't rude just not very friendly. There was snow everywhere outside. They didn't shovel the sidewalk, they didn't have the parking lot plowed and when I asked about when it snowed he said a few days ago? ?? And I said you still didn't plow the parking lot? Or shovel? Someone could slip and fall. Then he asked me "Who do I call for that?" What?! I thought dude I'm from out of town idk? I said a plow company who takes care of business's parking lot...
