I had a last minute stay due to a late night cancelled flight anfter long delays at the Kelowna airport and arrived with no luggage as my bag had already been checked. The reception staff was so friendly and helpful. She arranged a 4am cab pickup for my new early morning flight and since I would miss breakfast, brought me a breakfast bag to my room shortly after I arrived. We are very satisfied with our stay. The rooms and hotel were clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. We have stayed here in the past when flying out of Kelowna. It's convenient and good value.

Generally satisfied, as a hotel they did everything they could, beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast simple and on time. Rooms do not hold the temperature, but this is not the hotel's fault, it's just the wood frame poor insulation. In room coffee machine water was disgusting, don't know who is responsible for it. I couldn't have tea.
