Nice location right off highway 69 major artery in a very scenic area with a c-store short walk away and Dollar store across the street. There's a small moat around it with frogs and small fish. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful all we needed was a room for the night with doubles. Stayed here couple of years before and thought it was still nice. Not. The hotel itself is now horrible. Parking lot is pitch black, and you don't feel very safe. Hardly anyone was there. Was told no comp breakfast now only coffee and ... read more

My friend and I are bicycling cross country and we’re so glad to find this motel in Kountze, TX with a clean comfortable room, great air conditioning, and friendly staff at a reasonable price.

Well, number one got there, front desk very friendly, second bathroom toilet was slanted sideways from the wall and couldn't hardly sit down on it to use the bathroom third ball it's stunk like somebody had 20 monkeys in it a giraffe in a zoo then the bed was so hard you couldn't get a good night's rest felt like I was sleeping on concrete springy concrete then I got up got ready for work to leave out thought I was going to get a breakfast and nothing coffee and a little round muffin that was only like four in there what hap... read more
