1st time in years I've stayed at a Super 8 hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. Nothing fancy just clean and functional.
This is an OUTSTANDING hotel for value, cleanliness, quiet and location. We had a wonderful stay while at Coushatta staying at the Super 8 and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was super clean and fresh. Highly recommended!
I really recommend this place, staff very cordial and helpful. Hotel very clean and it exceeded our expectations . We only stayed for one night but we'll be returning.
Rooms are renovated and clean. Customer policy needs to provide better flexibility around schedules. Need to allow later check outs with a casino location.
The stay itself was fine, but be aware that if you use a debit card, the hotel places a security deposit hold that was never clearly disclosed during the Wyndham booking process or in my confirmation email. It became especially frustrating because I booked multiple rooms, and they attempted to place a separate hold for each room, tying up a significant amount of money. A little transparency during booking would have prevented this surprise
