I booked a room through Expedia as a “pay now” option. I checked into the property later that night. The manager of the hotel was the person to check me in. On Monday morning, I noticed 3 separate charges on my card for this reservation. Expedia charged me $164, the hotel charged me $138 and also a $100 incidental fee. This location has bed bugs. I was awaken at 430am to bites on my back looked on bed and the bed bug was there. I immediately placed in cup and packed my things and left. I had to sleep in my car. The night representative did not seem surprised nor did he offer a refund. Instead told me I had to call at 930am. When I did the lady denied they had bed bugs even through I provided proof of actual bug with pictures.
