Service zéro. Nous avons réservé deux chambres pour en tout 10 personnes une fois arrivée il n'y a que deux chambres pour 4 donc 2 personnes n'ont pas de couchages. On nous a demandé d'attendre dans la chambre de patienter dans la chambre le temps de trouver une solution. Mais finalement il n'y a pas de matelas ou canapé disponible. Nous avons demandé un remboursement afin de trouver une autre chambre d'hôtel ailleurs et ça nous a été refusé.. parce que nous sommes entrés dans la chambre. The manager, Rory (with blue hair), was impolite and incredible incompetent.
Place is a disgusting dump.Smoking area 10 feet from front door, room they tried to give me smelled like a large unbathed dog.Night clerk was the rudest. We traveled across Canada & this is the only hotel that was terrible, & had rudest staff.
Your standard motor inn room. Some of the greasiest carpet I have walked on in a long time, but otherwise clean. It is a pet-friendly place...if you have allergies, be warned...the Reactine was no match for my kid's mild cat allergy. We couldn't even be in the breakfast room without her having an attack. BUT you might have a pet and appreciate that they have cat and dog treats at the front and also, it was pretty cute seeing the sweet little doggos come in and out of their rooms for their walks. The beds was so comfy and I had a best lake view and they had waffles there and the waffles was so yummy😋.
