Was threatened by hotel front desk lady who claimed to be a manager but when every other hotel has ever had an issue like this they deal with it right away and give you a refund or a night free for the inconvenience was woken up several times on two different days and when I go in to talk to them told twice to wait for a manager who can't manage or do anything and just went straight to scamming and threatening me for no reason when I never once said anything harmful related or anything to threatning was just simpy asking for... read more
