Great place for location near the Mississippi makes you feel grounded in the open Big sky that it offers for view
Checked out a day early. Turned in keys at 8:40 am. Were instructed to go through our booking site we used to get our refund. Hotel clerk never processed our early check out and even claimed we had a do not disturb on our door (room didn’t even have one) so they couldn’t clean. Therefore no refund could be issued. Incredibly dishonest. Do not go hear. Not to mention the ROACHES…. Beware.
I couldn’t speak highly enough of the amazing staff that work at this hotel! Shannon on night shift, Elisha who works the evening shift, and the manager Jesse were extremely helpful and showed great hospitality while I was there! I had some problems with my reservation and couldn’t get the third party agents to help me, they went above and beyond to help me get things figured out!
