Can be loud. Pet policy seems looser than they advertised. Pillows were lumpy, beds were essentially wooden planks. Breakfast options were sad. Floors give the impression they never get deep cleaned.
Service is awesome..clean, cozy, and spacious room….breakfast every morning, great room service, and awesome employees at front desk….been here 5 months and they have taken care of me the whole time I’ve been here, they always make sure I’m good and ok….Thank you guys so much😁
We checked in, and was not greeted with friendliness. We unlocked our door, we were hit with a stench of urine and humidity. We tried to open the windows, but they were screwed shut. We turned the air conditioner on, the air conditioner did not work and it just blew dusty moldy, smelling air everywhere. Everyone who lives in Jasper knows this place and won't room here unless they are drug addicts
Great cozy and quiet. My husband was in a car accident which he shattered his ankle. We have been here for a couple wks as he does his therapy. They have been so helpful and polite and accommodating. Anything i have needed for him while he cant walk much is all in a couple block radius. Its been a great place to stay in while he is healing. And its nice that its pet friendly so we can sit out and pet cute puppies outside
