Free shuttle from DFW AIRPORT terminals. Decent stay. Protein bar and coffee in morning breakfast. Staffs were good.
Mildew and mold throughout room. Furniture was stained and worn. Hairdryer didn't work. Holes in window shades and curtains. Shower head sprayed everywhere No hot water for tea in the morning, no coffee either. Our flight got canceled and it was cheap and close to airport with a free shuttle. They did have e complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste. Sometimes hard to find front desk person.
Pros: cheap, available last minute, wifi, very close to the airport, Free shuttle to the airport , superficialy clean, the bed and pillow were very comfortable Cons: our first room we found panties in the bed, the lady gave us another room when we complained. They advertised breakfast but there was NO BREAKFAST, the room is very beat up in need of a refresher, the ac/heater controller was missing so we could not use the ac. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. I have NEVER stayed in a place with such a horrible condition. I had to change 2 rooms!!!! And even the third room was REALLY BAD, I just gave up. The first room, it had a really weird disturbing noise, no chance I would be able to sleep with that. The second room, the door didn't open even when it was unlocked (the light turned green) so he gave me another key to try, then I HEARD FOOTSTEPS FROM INSIDE!!! Needed a room to sleep a couple of hours in the middle of the night when flight go canceled. Called a different hotel originally to book a room. They were completely full but the person answering the phone said he would help me. Said he found me a room just 4 miles from the airport and asked if I wanted to book it. I said yes…we were exhausted and my husband was not feeling well.
