I chose the hotel for the free airport shuttle, but Dallas has two airports. User error on my part. The staff were helpful in helping me find alternate transport to Love Field.
This place was awful. I got a room, went to open the door — and there was already someone in there! I can’t imagine what would’ve happened if I had actually walked in. Then, when I went to fix it, I asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste. The lady handed me a used toothbrush (out of the package!) and toothpaste that had already been opened. Disgusting. The A/C made crazy noises all night, the elevator buttons were covered with aluminum foil, and I barely slept because I was afraid someone might come into my room by mistake. H... read more
