The lady on the desk been very disrespectful like she doesn't like her job im just talking about the price and everything but she been like cutting me and doesn't let me talk and also she lie about policy cuz im a loyal customer of Super 8 I get a room there every week cuz I travel all the time ..... she been rude and im thinking about start going to a different hotel if the customer service will be like that
Front desk lady who checked me in at 5pm on Monday the 15th didnt catch her name unfortunately was an absolute doll she recognized my status she explained where to park how to get to our room and was over all extremely friendly unfortunately there were hairs on the bed but she made it right by changing out our sheets everything best service in a long time
That lady very not attending her job and treating me very badly not recommended
