I NEVER stayed at this hotel, never checked in, and never stepped foot on the property — yet I was charged $76.00 in full. I mistakenly made an online reservation and canceled it within minutes of realizing the error. Despite the immediate cancellation, Hotel 8 processed the charge anyway. The lady on the desk been very disrespectful like she doesn't like her job im just talking about the price and everything but she been like cutting me and doesn't let me talk and also she lie about policy cuz im a loyal customer of Super 8 I get a room there every week cuz I travel all the time ..... she been rude and im thinking about start going to a different hotel if the customer service will be like that
