Gentleman who checked us in was professional. Gal I asked for additional towels from not so much. She was closing down breakfast 5 minutes early and acted all put out because I asked for additional towels. The staff was then talking about how the gal actually looked like a girl and they were wearing sweatpants and sweatshirt. After booking a room here through Priceline & getting the confirmation realized after using gps I booked the wrong city. I needed TWIN Falls not IDAHO Falls. I IMMEDIATELY called Priceline back. After waiting 12 minutes on hold Priceline contacted the hotel & they wouldn’t transfer or cancel the reservation less than 15 minutes after making it. Doesn’t exactly promote a senior friendly environment.$90 I could have used for gas,medicine etc.

Generally stay at super 8 because they're cheap and clean. This one is not. Room musty and smelled of old cigarettes. Cobwebs and dirt all over room. Carpet, tub, bathroom, ect were dirty. The building is outdated and in need of repair. The furniture was ripped and in bad repair. One door would not unlock with key card. Another was not locked at all. At check in they tried to charge us twice for incidentals. We did the precheck in to save time but had to do it again when we got there. Will definitely never stay there again.
