Quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. No a/c in my room on one of the hottest weekends of the year! When i asked for a repair or a new room, they said they would accommodate, but they didn't, so I checked out and spent the money at the Hilton, which saved mine and my families weekend. They did NOT refund me either when I booked 2 nights and only stayed 1 no breakfast, unless you count bananas and cereal, something you could bring from home Worst hotel, worst service, worst experience
Prior to the trip i was nervous about the reviews i was reading. And honestly i believe those reviews may have been false and exaggerated. I booked through Expedia, is was about 6-8 minutes away from where our family lives. And really close to the town of Sturgis. We stayed here for 3 days, upon arrival check in was quick and easy. Our room was CLEAN!!! Got to motel, couldn't get into room, door reader battery dead, no remote for tv. Insisted to change room which was done. New room toilet tank makes noise due to faulty part. Bed is comfy and room is clean
