One rant: Room was like a sauna when I arrived and took hours to cool down. When I only have 4 hours to sleep and it takes 2 hours to get the room to a comfortable temperature I'd rather stay someplace else. As a diamond member I suggest you use this information productively. 😉
It’s now a Quality Inn instead of a Super 8. Very clean rooms, excellent service. Breakfast was great.
We booked this room on the hotel website a few weeks in advance of the trip we were taking. We booked for two nights. We came to check in at about one in the morning and they couldn’t find our reservation, even though we brought up our email with all of the information in it. The guy who is helping us, who is incredibly slow and not apologetic at all, had someone come over to help. She confirmed that we not were in there.
