On the third day of my friend and I staying here, the room key didn't work and I needed to open the door to go to the bathroom, the front desk rudely refused to help me, I had the ID of the person who registered and my ID, but she was unwilling to help me. Made me wait at the door for an hour.
The room was very clean no roaches no bugs at all, and they came to clean the rooms everyday unless I denied service. Sarah at the front desk honestly saved me cause I use my phone for everything but lost my charger, and she found one for me to borrow. Honestly so sweet idk what I would’ve done! I will definitely stay here again the room was very quiet and comfortable!
The rooms are spacious and clean. The employees are always great. The only complaint that I'll ever have having stayed here multiple times is that there's just not quite enough parking
I stayed at this hotel with my family from 3-8 to 3-9 The receptionist was nice but the room was not because a light bulb was missing making the room dark. I thought they did it intentionally so we wouldn't see any possible dirt. In addition to that, the chair was old and dirty Finally, to this day, they have not refunded me the $50 deposit even though we left the room in its normal condition
