Very nice amd friendly
My stay at this super 8 hotel located at 610 and homestead Rd was horrible. None of the request I had asked for where meet. Problem one: upon checking in I asked the clerk for a downstairs room near truck parking, she lied to me with a straight face and told me all the rooms near truck parking are smoking. Right there I knew she was lying. The none Smoking Rooms started from 118 and counted down. I know the lay out of the hotel. She was called out on the lying about the rooms. Stayed here one night and came back from getting food and there was a roach here. He basically acted like it was the only roach he’s ever seen there before. we asked him for a refund and he said he could only give 50% even though we found a whole BUG in our room with things we would be taking home. He was mad and spitting over the balcony because we said we were going to put the picture in the reviews.
