If I could I would definitely leave zero stars very rude... I'm a diamond member wouldn't allow me to use my points or make a reservation online they charge u , or they make u pay extra fees if u do.. or threaten to kick u out and keep ur money, no breakfast, I stayed for a week the owner belittles you and he acts like he has issues with women very aggressive if I were u stay away... The hotel itself is absolutely amazing. The rooms are clean & orderly & very slick. Everything looked very new & fresh. I personally had a corner room that over hangs the office with two windows & let me tell you, even though it wasn't a Marriott, it felt very nice & cozy. The location is acceptable. It's right next to the freeway. Not so close where you can hear cars, but close enough to see it at the distance & the rooms were pretty sound proof anyway. We reserved 2 rooms. Both rooms are missing lamps, hair dryers, and other items. We were told that there was/should have been a placard in the room, stating to call the office for the missing items. The Motel is under renovation and the rooms are looking very nice. The breakfast area was closed with all the paint supplies and construction materials inside. Guests had doors open while smoking Marijuana (skunk weed). The pool area needs a little help also (cleaning).
The worst ever room doom dont shut all the way had to put couch against it to shut it! Faucet handle wasnt on the shower or sink the lady at front desk rude and mean! The man is not professional at all there is no breakfast at all woman said she wants to charge 80 to 90 a night when the room not worth $5 a night! Trying to see how i can post the pictures! Needles in parking lot its drug infested area
