Had a great stay at Super 8 High River. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and friendly staff. Check-in was quick, and the breakfast hit the spot before heading out. The location was convenient—easy to get in and out of town. Bonus points for having a pool and hot tub, which were perfect after a long drive. Would definitely stay again.
The front staff are lairs and blame guests for their mistakes. Their room keys system doesn't work and to cover it up they blame you for it. The front desk was extremely rude about it. I left my key on the table away from everything just to prove that I didn't put it next to a magnet and de-code the key and they still blamed me for their bad system over and over. Then they said I did the booking wrong and didn't have a second night which was a complete lie.
A very clean hotel and it feels like they care about the presentation. Good breakfast with hot food options included. It's a little on the edge of town but there are several restaurants in walking distance. Kids would love the slide and pool.
Super nice staff, clean rooms, clean pool, and a fun waterslide. Extremely comfortable beds.
