Order a room for 2 days drove 10 hrs to only be told that our rooms we canceled Remind you and never even gave us a courtesy call to see if we were still on our way or nothing told us that we had to wait 2 to 3 business days for our return and they couldn’t help us with any rooms. Never Experienced this before and it’s Unprofessional

Shockingly bad. My expectations were very low and they managed to do far worse than I could have imagined. 3 night stay, television did not work after checkin. Notified desk and they made no attempts to rectify the situation. Simply said too bad can't fix it. The bed cover had multiple cigarette burns and smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. I had to purchase pillows and sheets from walmart. Entering the hallway you are faced with a wall of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Please don’t stay here and waste your money. They advertise coffee maker, but there is NO coffee maker in room and they say they are not required to do it even though it’s advertised on their amenities on the website. It stinks really bad and it’s given me a headache. Just do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else if you enjoy your morning coffee alone.
