Our stay here during the High Point furniture show was easy and pleasant. With our own car, the drive into town took just 10/15 minutes. The hotel was inviting and helpful. Sam, especially provided a favor above and beyond her job description when I left an important book behind and she mailed it back to me at home. It was a great inconvenience to her but she was so kind and accommodating.
The location is perfectly away from the inner city enough to easily get in and out and sleep peacefully at night. Beautiful lobby, nice breakfast, but now to the problems: our room had the previous people's trash still in it. We put it outside the door and it was still there the next morning. No fans in the bathroom and the shower door was broken. We were wondering why we froze all night after turning off the ac before bed, found out the window had been open. Fair room but most be right by a work area due to slamming of a door and hearing someone working right by my room late.
Clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast good for the price
