⭐ 0 star Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was disgusting — dead bugs on the floor, stuck gum, wet tissue wads stuck to the back of the door, filthy dirty curtains, other people’s hair in the tub and bed. The TV didn’t work, and when I called the front desk, the employee said he’d be up in 10 minutes. He never showed and then stopped answering the phone completely. Very bad Said pet friendly on Priceline, but is actually pet-free upon arrival and denied our check in. No one ever picked up the phone to confirm pet policy before our arrival. And doesn’t work with Priceline to work on our situation. Bad Bad Bad experience!
Best service and good place price and quality
The check in process was smooth and wonderful. The rooms are clean, spacious, and just what you need to stay. The front desk was super nice when we asked for extra towels. The breakfast was great, waffles, and cereal, fruit, and other items. This was a great stay and we would book here again.
