I have never been so disappointed spending $125 on a room with a $50 deposit after traveling all day with my daughter and needing somewhere to rest at 10pm. I booked the room on Expedia and it had a 7.6 rating and the photos looked nice. However, when ww arrives, the lobby REEKED of weed, like contact high reeked, the room had not been vacuumed in what seemed like forever due to the amount of noticeable food crumbs, dirt, pieces of trash and dust literally all over the whole floor. The room was filthy the bed linens was dirty all they did was come to the room and bring sheets that was supposed to be clean they were dirty too! They have roaches! I had to sleep with my jacket on top of the pillow because one of the pillows had mildew on it.front desk wasn’t very helpful.the heat took hours to heat up so we had to keep our jackets on until it was time to go to slp!! The smell of weed hits you as soon as you step onto the property, and my room smelled like smoke as well. None of the electrical outlets and lights on the headboard wall worked in my room, which was extremely inconvenient. I had a 3-day reservation but wanted to leave after the very first night due to these issues. When I informed the manager, there was no apology, no offer to switch rooms, and no attempt to fix the electrical problem.
