After I made reservations early they gave my room away and we had to climb stairs..we both had a hard time with that cause no elevator..my husband knee is out and iam sorry but I will never stay in this hotel again. The floors was not vacuumed even under the beds.
Great bunch of staff. Easy access right off the I-75 exit. Pet friendly place. The pool and hot tub were very clean. We recommend this place. Rooms seem to be updated. An overall great stay.
Best Super 8. Rooms a bit dated but clean and best motel/hotel in the Grayling area. Nice pool and hot tub. We’ve tried other while tubing/canoeing in the area but this place is the best value. Pet friendly as well.
This hotel was not for me! I booked the room online for myself and 3 small children. Upon arriving at the hotel with a stroller and a wagon full of our belongings, Matt at the front desk checked me in. It wasn't until he finished checking me in that he told me I would be on the second floor and there was no elevator. I just don't understand why there was no kind of warning.
