Love the vibe
Very good pillows paired with fairly worn linens. Judge it by the budget level it is. Pool was decent. BUT THE COMMON area carpets are WELL PAST time for cleaning. It may be too late already. Everything else was tolerable. But nasty black/soiled carpets just give a grungy, cringe feel. I was there for a medical appt next morning and told my wife I would pay the extra for a better place next time. I am usually not in to complaining in a review. But those carpets!
I couldn’t even enjoy a room. After my fiancée and I drove over 20 hours, we were exhausted and ready to sleep. I booked through Expedia, came out to be about 100$ or so. When we get to check in (7/2/25) around 8:30pm, we were told that we need to put down 200$ for incidentals, and they wouldn’t even let me in my room. After driving 1400 miles, that’s a lot of money. I’m sorry, if I’m going to pay over 300$ I’m. It staying at super 8!
