Called for room this morning (9/14/25) and the lady that answered asked if I could call back in 20mins because she was almost off work.... how long does it take to book a room!!?!??!? Ridiculous, chick needs to be fired.

The smell of Fabreeze burned a hole in my brain And I woke with a bed spring poking me in the ribs. The counter person got us a fan to help remove some of the fabreeze, and was very apologetic about the air freshener. It was their only room or Im sure she'd have given us a different room.
My room looked very clean but I think the cleaning staff used a whole can of fabreeze. It smelled so syring it gave me an instant headache and I could taste it🤢 front desk was super nice and gave us a fan for the window to help air it out. It's the 3rd time we have stayed there and I would stay again.
Dont get me wrong when i say this as this really is a great place to stay minus a few items. The old brown bed spreads and carpet has got to go! Lets get some white bed spreads and remove the nasty brown carpet with pergo type flooring. Not only is it outdated but hides all the things we all dont want to know about. Also for what we pay for a room they need to be offering some good bottled drinking water. I used the drinking water that they have with the ice machine. This water is not drinkable period!
