Manager was really helpful, staff is very helpful in everything that we needed at check in...breakfast is good ...Will recommend to stay here..
Check in was very disappointing. I wasn't acknowledged as a member and the guy was either on a call or watching a video that I seemed to interrupt him from, because I could still hear voices/audio while he checked us in. We discovered we had booked smoking rather than non-smoking and when asked about it, I explained I didn't realize it was smoking but if that's what I booked then that is fine.
