The staff was super friendly the hotel was nice the grounds were clean and the room was quite comfortable
This a great location, the staff is friendly and very helpful. They make sure we have everything we need to enjoy our stay.
We came in to town to do some shopping. I had figured super 8 would be ok since we left the kids at home and possibly save a few bucks. Pictures looked decent. As soon as we walked in the smell of cigarettes SLAPPED you in the face. I bought a glade candle trying to make light of the situation. The room was yellow in different areas. It was cool checking in but the Customer service is disgusting they are not good people the owner took my deposit stick the middle finger at me for telling her she is very much wrong for taking my deposit the room service ladies would come in my room every morning at 8 well at least attempt to every morning faithfully at 8am they try n open My room worst place to go to.
BED BUGS STAY AWAY. When notifying staff of bed bugs we were moved to one of two rooms available and neither had heat during the winter storm. So we froze all night! Never offered a refund. Rooms are disgustingly dirty. Mold ridden. Nothing in them works. Very noisy outside. DO NOT STAY HERE.
