Nice clean rooms cold AC with 6am breakfast reasonable price, friendly staff

Always pleasant stay, very clean and nice stay. Breakfast is always good.
This must have been one of the worst hotels my wife and I have stayed in! When we got into the room, we noticed a really bad smell, water all over the floor as well as dead bugs! We then went down to the office and had them change our room, they gave us a key and we were off. We only stayed in the room to sleep for 5 hours while on a road trip from Colorado to Florida. Room was not in best shape but not dirty. Card key stopped working for no reason so had to get key fixed at midnight. Thank goodness there was someone at the front desk to fix it. Didn't sleep at all because AC unit was arctic cold no matter how high I set the temp and the "blanket" was as thin as a sheet of paper. The unit was also so loud it could be heard through earplugs. Other than that it was a decent place.
