An absolutely horrible experience! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone! When we first walked in, we noticed that the bathroom was not even cleaned, a dirty rag was left above the shower and there was hair in the sink! Then we had to keep running back downstairs to get more towels that were dirty and also the guy at the front desk has been extremely rude! Of course I booked a reservation online, but this will be my first and last day for my weekend trip! A waste of money!

I wish I could give zero stars for the Super 8 in Goldsboro, NC. This was easily one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced, and to make it worse, management refused to give me a refund even though the conditions were absolutely unacceptable. When I entered the room, it was clear right away that it had not been properly cleaned or maintained. My experience was not the worst but it also was not the best. The room was not what I had expected from the pictures online, some of the lights in the room were decoys and didn’t even have wires to them to plug them in because they had been cut. The water never got warm so we all had to take a cold shower. The only good part of the room was the beds were at least clean and nothing was stained or look at of the way.
