Room had a horrible smell and their were roaches i came down with my Significant Other for Father’s Day and we came down from New Jersey we stayed from June 14th/15th just horrible the towels had stains on them.. We had to take out w/e we were going to wear and then put our bags back in the trunk, we didn’t want anything to get in our bag God forbid we take bugs into our home… SMH very disappointed
I had a deeply disturbing experience at this Super 8 location. While trying to turn off the faucet, the already-damaged sink completely cracked, causing me to cut my finger. Rather than showing concern or taking responsibility for a fixture that was clearly neglected before my check-in, the staff immediately accused me of causing the damage. Great place and love how close it is to all the different food places. Basically right beside Walmart and Lowe’s. Kind front desk who make sure you feel welcomed. Will definitely be returning.
The front desk staff was very kind, and that's the reason I gave two instead of one stars, but they seriously limited themselves on any help they would actually provide. We stayed for a total of 4 nights. Roaches and spiders, but the bug guy "couldn't come out until Monday" (reported on a Saturday morning). Didn't offer anything until we asked for bait traps. Toilet wouldn't flush properly half the time, and a bedside lamp with prongs so bent it couldn't be plugged in. Very limited breakfast selection. One of the front desk ... read more
