It was horrible she yelled at us and she called the police for no reason
The daytime hotel staff is very pleasant however, I never did see an evening hotel staff person when I had issues that needed to be addressed. My daughter, grandchildren and I came down for my cousin‘s wedding so we were gone most of the day on Saturday and Sunday. Both beds in our room had like a really hard spot across most of it and then a really soft spot probably about 5 inches wide on one side of each bed. Room had a horrible smell and their were roaches i came down with my Significant Other for Father’s Day and we came down from New Jersey we stayed from June 14th/15th just horrible the towels had stains on them.. We had to take out w/e we were going to wear and then put our bags back in the trunk, we didn’t want anything to get in our bag God forbid we take bugs into our home… SMH very disappointed
