rooms looked like they were not cleaned at ALL, found a dead bug in my bed, asked for another room and the lady told me no when they had PLENTY available, smelled bad, the sheets were stained overall horrible experience will not go back.

Room could have been a little cleaner, but overall in a decent area and decently clean.

Well....I will start with the positives because you know, if you cant say something nice, dont say anything at all. Check in was quick because there was no small talk or needless words spoken. The room had a pretty picture, a refrigerator, a microwave, a very comfortable bed, the sheets appeared to be clean, and the mirror in the bathroom had a light around it that you could adjust the lighting. The first time we stayed here in Oct 2025, we informed them that we didn't have the big size bath towels in the room. Instead of telling us that they don't provide them, they just told us that they would put them in the room of which they didn't. At least we had decided not to wait on them and had gone and bought our own sets. The second time we stayed there it was towards the end of November last year, the bathroom was not clean. It had hair on the bathtub. Thankfully, we had carried oúr flip flops.
