They originally put us upstairs and I told them that we don't do stairs. Then they put us in a room downstairs and the bed skirt had a hole in it and white stains on it and the TV remote didn't work. They then moved us to another room and that one didn't have a screen on the windows. The shower head was nasty. Then to top it off they charged my card twice and haven't responded to my email about a refund of the second charge. In other words DO NOT STAY THERE because it's not a safe and clean place to stay.
Front desk lady was very rude she didn’t accept check in at 2.45 pm. She said need to wait 15 mins. Location and rooms is good but floors dirty. They need to be kind for customers and 1-2 hours is not important all hotels that I stayed before. I’m trucker and staying 2-3 times a week
Room needed to be repainted and breakfast needed to be stocked more.
Rude ass front desk lady ignored us anytime we asked a question she was not very pleasant didn't seem to be very good with customer service we felt like we were unwelcome.
