This is the second time I’ve stay in this hotel and both times the rooms were not cleaned well at all the toilet hasn’t been wiped down and has urine all down the the front and sides the shower has some kind of water issue. There was garbage under the bed and the corners on the floor by the bed weren’t clean it seems this hotel has house keeping issues. The first time I stay here the room was so bad they moved me rooms but the staff is friendly.
The room was large but needs some renovations. The bathroom door didn't close and the shower was in need of some updates. The bed was comfy but the TV was in a weird spot and very small. The most disappointing thing was the hot tub was colder than the swimming pool.
The staff were amazing but I almost think they are evil for allowing me to rent a room here. Upon inspection the room looked fine. A dirty 2 star hotel. Cool. Was I wrong. This place is negative stars if I could review it! The staff full on know there is a BED BUG INFESTATION and allow you to rent a room. I've never been so grossed out in my entire life.
