Great customer service my entire trip, stayed here for 15 nights for work. All the staff was very attentive and helpful any chance they could they went above and beyond for our work group including allowing a meeting room in the basement for our crew. Rooms were cleaned very well each day! Free breakfast is good, had worse also had better. Great location outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown. Would 100% stay here again
I'd like to take a minute to acknowledge the professionalism of everyone i encountered during my stay at the Super 8. I'll start with the staff. From the moment I got there, to the moment I left,I was made to feel like I was home. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff was great. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Amazing staff, great rooms, and the outdoor BBQ eating area is the best I've ever seen!
I love staying at this hotel when in the Wood Buffalo region. The staff is excellent, rooms are top notch and the location can't be beat.
