I got a room for my mom driving through. The room was only half cleaned. There was used towels in the bathroom. Floor towel was still wet. A bra was hanging up still. Only good thing was clean sheets on the bed I hope. I would not recommend this place and I will never be booking again here for anyone coming through Fernley.
Good parking, room for trailers, easy in/ out, parking lot needs work starting to break apart! Room was nice( they are updateing them), but tv didnt work, light over sink didnt work , room smelled like some weird spice or cleaner???
Horrible! I have never seen such broken down and filthy rooms, our fire detector was literally hanging from the ceiling and the bathtub had gross stains in it. There were dirty sheets on the bed and drug addicts hanging around in front of the rooms downstairs. Plus we were ripped off by management. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
