White pillow cases looked gray where your head goes, I wasn't sure if they'd even been washed... Icky!!! Bleach the suckers or get new ones!! Cheap hotels can still be clean.!!!
Wouldn't even sit down in my room let alone sleep in it. Everything was stained and filthy with dirt, sweat, or blood. I was told I had the best room by the staff but I can't imagine a worse room. I ended up checking out shortly after I arrived with no refund because I "notified staff more than 20 minutes after check in time". Found a different place for the same price in Reno.
It's a super 8 🤷. Rooms are VERY small and the property needs some TLC. But hey, NO bugs
The room was super dirty, there is stains on the sheet and blood under the sheet it was gross. Not clean the pillow cases were dirty and the table in our room is dirty and barely together
I was double charged on my pre paid card an I tried talking to the front desk about it an she wasn’t very nice an couldn’t understand what I was trying to explain , rooms are okay but pictures are not what you see !!! I’m very upset this happened to me
