Front desk supervisor is rude with good paying customers..THREATENING no communication skills..bullying the other staff that are actually pleasant.. makes the stay at this establishment very uncomfortable unpleasant..argues with guests for no reason..3 days stay and the supervisor same attitude..has no respect for customers ..horrible experience..SOMETHING NEEDS TO IMPROVE..MAYBE ANGER MANAGEMENT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE OR RELOCATING THE SUPERVISOR AWAY FROM GUESTS AND OTHER DECENT EMPLOYEES..SO THEY CAN FEEL SAFER AND NOT BULL... read more

This is a great place to Check out if you need a quick alternative for your lodgings when traveling as they usually always have rooms availble however if not there informative staff will kindly direct you to other places were there may be accessible acomodations in the area. the restreaunt has Excelent Service & Good Dinner meals almost Daily, also There is Several V.LT. Maxhines in the Lounge/Tavern wich is always Open wich makes for exciting Times while you wait for your food or are needing somthing to do to pass the time ... read more
