Very disappointing
Noisy guests with total disregard for others! Only front desk staff were friendly. @ breakfast we had Wednesday Adam's...she leaned against the wall and never articulated a hello or good bye. Actually she was so quiet I thought she was a Halloween statue.
Guy was rude on the phone. Didn't care about anything. I'd get a new desk guy for sure
