This hotel was in a horrible location. The front desk person could hardly understand us and we could hardly understand him. We had to use google translate to speak with him. The first room they put us in was colder than cold and wouldn’t warm up even with the heat on. Also the door didn’t have a chain on it. Our tv didn’t work it would cut in and out and the WiFi wouldn’t work The second night we were there they switched us rooms and it was okay because it had carpet but it had an ant problem. The manager hit on me the first night tried to push his way in my room.. when I said no he made the next 2 weeks the most horrible experience I ever had . Do not emrecamend it for a female to stay there alone .
The guy at the front desk barely spoke. When he did it was difficult to understand him. We were there January 30th, in Wisconsin. Our room had no heat. I know we won't be back.
